References to the books that I authored or co-authored. And finally the MyReview system a pretty good software for paper submission and reviews. It's widely used, and it's free!

Projects

I am coordinator of two projects funded by the French "Agence Nationale de la Recherche" (ANR).

Project Disco, Distributed Indexing and Search by COntent. DISCO aims at defining new access structure for heterogeneous multimedia repositories. See the
Project Neuma. The goal of the project is to enable user-frendly digital libraries of musical scores.

I am also member of the Wisdom group which gathers database researchers from Paris 6 and Cnam.

Research

Database systems, and everything than looks interesting about them. And I have been mostly working on spatial databases. More here. See also the page devoted to publications.

Teaching

Mainly database systems and web technologies. I wrote several books on those topics. See also the page devoted to slides and other documents.

Since 2005, I am also responsible of the Master Professionnel Technologies de l'Internet pour les Organisations (TIO).
