*Registration as a Student requires a written letter on university letter head, with the statement that the registered person is a fulltime student at the time of the symposium, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor.

The (regular/student) conference fee includes: conference package, access to talks, coffee breaks, welcome reception, social program, and conference dinner. For accompanying persons the fee includes welcome reception, social program, and conference dinner. 

Registration policy:

- A separate registration must be made for each participant.

- The registration will be valid when the payment is received.

- Certificate of attendance and payment will be issued during the meeting (if needed, a certificate of payment can be provided before the conference taking into account the technical time required to validate the financial transaction) . 

Cancellation policy:

Conference registration can be cancelled by sending an e-mail to sing13paris@gmail.com

Registrations cancelled:

- On or before June 1st 50% refund of the cancelled item.

- After June 1st no refund.

- Refunds will be made after the Conference.
