Biography

Stéphane Airiau is assistant professor (maître de conférences) of Computer Science at the university Paris Dauphine. After an engineering degree from ENSEEIHT in Toulouse, he spent more than 10 years abroad. First in the United State where he obtained his MSc. and PhD from the Universty of Tulsa. Then in Autralia (RMIT in Melbourne) and Netherlands (ILLC in Amsterdam) where he was a postdoc. His research lies in artificial intelligence and more precisely in the field of multiagent systems. He is most interested in fairness issues and reinforcement learning in multiagent settings.

He is an elected member of the board of université Paris Dauphine and elected member of the math and computer science department at université Paris Dauphine.
