How to get to Madrid

By plane: The main airport of Madridis called Madrid-Barajas. It is 13km on the Northeast of the city, and has connections with most capital cities in the world. You can find information about the operating airlines and flight connections here. From the airport, you can get to the city centre by metro line 8 or bus.

By train: The Spanish railways (RENFE) provide an interactive timetable which can help you in planning your rail trip to Madrid.
By car: There are six different highways entering Madrid, you can better plan your car trip using thislink.

How to get to the Rey Juan Carlos University

The meeting will take place at the Campus of Móstoles of Rey Juan Carlos University. You can get there by metro and bus.

By underground: by far, the easiest way to get to Rey Juan Carlos University is using the underground. The university is located next to the stop ‘Universidad Rey Juan Carlos’, in line 12. You can find a map of the metro in this file.

The trip from the stop ‘Plaza de España’, located in Madrid downtown, takes about 40 minutes.

By bus: take the line 522 next to the station Principe Pío towards Móstoles.

How to get to the meeting room

The meeting will take place at the Salón de Grados at the first floor of the building Departamental II of the Campus. You can find in this file a map of the campus (Departamental II is indicated by the number 10 in this map).

The meeting rooms for the cost action will take place at rooms 269, 270, 203 and 204 in the second floor of same building.

The coffee breaks will take place right in front of the Salón de Grados.

Finally, the lunches will take place at the cafeteria at the building of Biblioteca (indicated by number 16 in the map).
