Maude Manouvrier is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Paris IX Dauphine University. She is member of the Databases and Software Engineering Group of the LAMSADE Lab. and is alos member of the Wisdom PPF and of the ANR MCDO DISCO Project. She has received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Paris-Dauphine (France) in 2000. From 1998 to 2003, she has been working in an international CNRS -CONICIT co-operation with the Central University of Venezuela. She is or was reviewer or member of program comittee for Pattern Recognition Letters, CVDB (International Workshop on Computer Vision meets Databases In cooperation with ACM SIGMOD) 2004 and 2007, BDA (journées Bases de Données Avancées) 2004 and 2008 and MIR (ACM SIGMM International Workshop on Multimedia Information Retrieval) 2003. Her research interests are focused on Spatio-Temporal and Multimedia Databases, Access Methods and Indexing Structures, Content-Based Image Retrieval and >Web Services for Transactional Composition.
