PhD proposal for Fall 2026:
A Study of the Implicit Bias in Deep Learning through a Higher-Order Analysis of the Loss
General information
This PhD thesis will be conducted within the PR[AI]RIE-PSAI cluster.
The PhD candidate will be part of MILES within LAMSADE, and will be a graduate student of Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
The PhD thesis will be supervised by Clément Royer (primary supervisor) and Pierre Wolinski.

of mutual interest.
The formal application should include the candidate's Curriculum Vitae, a cover letter (one-page document describing the goals of the PhD proposal as well as the relevance of the candidate to the topic at hand), as well as copies of all obtained degrees.
